“Was there for Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed the stay. Only complaint is the Mother’s Day brunch. The food was seriously horrible. Had a variety of dishes and I tried almost all of them and couldn’t say I enjoyed any of it. We got the breakfast coupons and received $20 off and it still cost the 2 of us $45. Was not worth it at all we left hungry and had to stop somewhere.”

“Very Clean. Did not receive information on how to check in until I called to ask. Was supposed to get an email with information so it was stressful not knowing if I would be able to reach someone. Also no information in room related to TV, heating/cooling or checkout. Parking was confusing and could have been a problem if there were more rooms rented. The room was clean and very adequate for the price. My concerns are basically related to communication”

“The beach was nice for a short stay. Loved the ice cream shop on site. The outside of the property looks dated, but the rooms have been updated and were clean. I would definitely there again. ”

“The breakfast was great the first day but lacking the second. The secondary access door was very difficult to open. And the hot tub was under construction, which happens of course but was a personal bummer! That being said, the room was clean, the TV options were great and the pool area was very nice. ”

“A beautiful place. Staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. We were granted a late check out, very nice!! But, we were overcharged for our food….thankfully I noticed it on our receipt and it was taken care of. We will be back! Please fix the hot tub! ;)”

“Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. There were canoes and kayaks for anyone to use. It was similar price to some hotels but the kitchen and extra rooms were so nice to have. Like everyone probably says, it’s a little dated, but clean and comfy”

“It was a beautiful trip into Frazee, this area will remind you why it's called land of 10,000 lakes. There is a ton to do around the town between coffee shops, fishing, thrift stores and trolls. The boathouse overall was very cozy and has a beautiful morning view of the lake at your feet. I highly recommend this to a couple looking have a close weekend together!”
