“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”

The steps on the porch and hill are great, but getting into the lake is difficult for the really young or old. The beach steps could use a handrail. Inside the upstairs toilets should be replaced.
