“No tenían café en el lobi”

“The room was very clean and everything was new. However, we had to switch rooms bc of a terrible smell. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people next to you and they were not being excessively noisy but you could hear everything. There is a kitchenette but not a plate, paper towel or anything to even heat up something in the microwave. While leaving in the morning, my husband grabbed a cup of coffee in the lobby. There were no creamers or stirrers, lids etc. Just wasn't the best...

“There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was dirty, and the microwave didn't work when we tried to heat our food. There was only a tiny one-and-a-half-inch bottle of shampoo. The hotel desperately needs maintenance, basic cleaning and bug control. See the pictures I uploaded”
