“Beautiful perfect little mini homeFor a long weekend getaway - clean and comfortable and cute. Very kind hosts. Very easy process. Beautiful environment and area and surroundings. Nice neighborhood!”

“Location clean”

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

“Perfect location beautiful place”

“We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely...

“Perfect spot in Bristol! House was clean and well cared for. We had a great experience and the home fit our needs very well. We had easy check in/check out, great communication with the Hosts and an overall very comfortable stay at the cottage.”

“Clean, comfortable, charming home. Large fenced in backyard which our puppy enjoyed. Comfortable outdoor furniture. All the amenities in the kitchen. All coffee making options which I especially appreciated. Easy communication with owner. Very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend.”

“Good location, good communication, recommend”

“Centrally located between Newport and Providence. Beautiful peaceful setting”

“Marie was a very friendly and responsive host. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is small but appropriate if you're not a large adult. We loved sitting outside on the back patio. Convenient location for visits to Providence, Newport and surrounding areas. Historic Bristol is only a 15 minute walk away. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked that we've been to, including basic condiments (oil, salt, vinegar, spices) for cooking. There are coffee pods and grounds...

“Right out of the gate the host was friendly and helpful. The home is an older home but very well maintained and comfortable! The location is perfect as you’re only a block or two from great bars and restaurants. Check in and check out were simple. There was no problem finding street parking at all!Thank you Michele for providing us with a great rental for the weekend!!! We will be back!!”

“Great communication with the owner /manager. Nice finishing touches throughout the home made it very easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If you run or walk there is a delightful 2.5 mile trip to the Point and back, I also figured out an easy 6.3 mile route as well. Grab a coffee (provided by the host) and walk down to the water for a great way to start you day. The basement is huge and well finished and it wouldn't surprise me if that is reconfigured in the future. Big question, would I go...

“Easy access and enjoyable space to relax during a busy wedding weekend”

“Stayed 3 nights in early October - 5 of us. Comfortable place and great location couple doors down from a great Mexican restaurant and a few blocks to the scenic beach area. Off street parking in rear was easy to access and the host was quick to respond to questions. Interesting historical property, had some quirky features like uneven floors, sticking doors, etc but nothing that caused any problems for us. The street is busy during the day but relatively quiet during the night. Would stay...

“I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night. In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found...
