“I am sorry to write this review, but I believe is the honest thing to do. I booked my stay with Expedia, and I paid in advance the full amount of the room. Some hours before travelling to the area, I got a mail from the hotel manager indicating me that they had to extend some guests that decided to overstay and they moved me to another hotel close by. I must say that the manager was attentive and responded my mails quickly. Even some amazon packages that I had sent to this hotel were brought to...

“I booked this for my Fiance who flew from Naples, Fl to visit her father for Father’s Day. He is in an assisted living facility. She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. The furniture had stains and the bedspread was stained as well. Both tv’s in the room did not work. She went back to the front desk and asked if she could move to a different room. The lady gave her a key to a to another room...

“La habitación nunca fue limpiada, ni recogida la basura… ellos dicen en la póliza escrita que usted como cliente tiene que preguntar o solicitar el aseo diario en la habitación, si no lo haces ya tienes una noche sin limpieza… y debes de solicitarla. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy pobre y se prefiere no utilizar este servicio… se pierde $!”

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”

“Lake is very pretty. If the weather will be cold dress super warm because camper doesn’t stay warm even if heat is cranked all the way up. Deck was pretty green with mold and slippery when wet but a nice size and it was neat to be next to the water. Mike was very nice and helpful. ”
