“Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

“staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.”

“My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“This place was perfect for a home base while I was in town for 2 weeks. It’s well stocked with toiletries and having a washer and dryer was great. The house is well laid out and the couches are comfy. Communication was excellent as well. ”

Extremely clean, well-thought-out furnishing (such as desks placed in quiet places for work), comfortable beds and bedding, as well as thoughtful home touches (such as decorations for St. Patrick’s Day and candies placed in the hallway for us to enjoy). Nice coffee station set up, and all amenities needed for laundry and showering were provided. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip up!”
