“This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet. ”

“The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”

“Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

“I enjoyed being in my own, cozy little cabin near the woods as I found the tiny house to be a very homey and comfortable lodging, yet private and secure. The proprietors were very hospitable. I would recommend this place over a hotel room anytime. And I would hope to book it again if I’m in the area. ”

“Hilltop Hideaway is a very charming house out in the middle of beautiful country by itself. We only stayed one night but we were very impressed with how clean the house is.”

“We loved our stay here. If you’re looking for a private, quiet, and secluded place that is still convenient to good restaurants, wineries, shops, and historic sites, this place is for you. Our host was so helpful, and her dogs were an added bonus. We would stay here again.”

“Nice and cozy! The sheets and towels smelled amazing! Good proximity for what we needed to visit family. Even the toilet paper was nice, not the normal super cheap one ply you find in some rentals. Will definitely look this place up again when we visit family in the future!”
