“My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I have been using this service for several years and I’m completely shocked they would even consider listing this place. When we arrived to the property with the gravel parking lot which is no big deal but there were people cooking on a fire on the ground. Not great but I understand trying to be economical. “Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta ”

“The home was clean throughout with nice ammenities. The game room was fantastic. The owner took the time to purchase various family oriented games as well as having the poker table with cards and chips, although we did not use them. The large screen TV was impressive. The pool is magnificent and was a relief for the heat. It would be good to mention it is 10ft at the deep end. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again!!!”

“The property was great, just as described. The check-in process was easy. We had a few minor questions which the host/agent responded to quickly. The property was clean and included all of the needed amenities. The pool was clean and clear and large enough for everyone. Having a half bath near the pool was great. The hot tub was especially appreciated after a day on the lake. The kitchen was large and had most everything we needed for cooking. The outside covered porch was good for family...

“This is the perfect place for a getaway! The open space and yard is perfect for families. The large yard and dock is wonderful for family activities. ”

“It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area ”
