“Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!”

“We have stayed in port st Joe before and were looking for somewhere new to stay. The view from this house and the fact that it is right on the beach is hard to beat. We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times. “This was a great quiet place to stay for my two daughters, wife and myself. We were looking for somewhere to avoid the crowds of Panama City and Destin and this was exactly what we wanted. This is no way a knock on the property, but it does say it will sleep 8 and I think it would be crowded with more than 2 adults since there is one bathroom, but with two parents and up to 3 or 4 kids it is perfect. Everything for my family exceeded our expectations. ”

The walk was a little longer to the beach than I anticipated but it wasn’t an issue. My daughter loved the loft upstairs. The house was clean, plenty of linens, pet friendly.
