“The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve.”

“EL hotel es muy recomendable ya que el costo es muy accesible, hay lugares cercanos para desayunar, comer, etc, el trato la verdad fue de lo mejor y las instalaciones están muy limpias, la verdad yo si lo recomendaría. Aunque el check-in termina a las 10 de la noche yo tuve que llegar tarde, por lo tanto tuve que llamar y sin problema me dejaron la llave de mi habitación en un buzón, así pude entrar sin problema, descansar y pagar al dia siguiente.”

“This place is really nice, we had the opportunity to talked with Kate and Boyd they were very friendly and they make you feel like if you were at home. Usually they have a BBQ on saturday with live music, the food was sooo good and the music too. For sure we'll be back here, the room was clean and comfortable. ”
