“Everything went well. Check-in was easy, and the person working at the counter was very polite and helpful. The property itself was about what I expected for the price. The only odd thing was that I booked it through Expedia as a Vrbo property, and nowhere in the listing did I see that it was actually a Motel 6. That would have been helpful to know when booking.”

“When we went to check in they only had one of the rooms we booked. My brother got a room with two twin beds. The TV's in both rooms didn't work. Both of the rooms were obviously smoked in and they smelled terrible. The door on my fridge was rusty. We saw the rooms at 8pm. We couldn't switch hotels so we stayed the night. They did try to fix the TV's but nothing worked. In the morning we told them we couldn't stay the second night. We asked for a partial refund. He said to go through Expedia....

“Completely misleading listing. It was described as an “apartment” and made no mention of Motel 6. My room was simply a room at the Motel 6. Why was it not made clear in the listing. Very misleading. Also apparently it allows pets - which wasn’t clear - and we suffered from allergies all night and woken at 5:00am by a barking dog.”
