“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.”

“Desayuno malo, mal estado de las habitación y además, nos cobraron $20 por ensuciar una toalla con sangre, que fue bien poca y eso requiere limpieza. No entiendo, es la primera vez que pasa esto. Jamás me hospedaría en ese hotel. Aparte que el personal pésimo”
