“The apartment in itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the decor, and view to the downtown shops. The front and back doors were not locked/did not require the code that was provided. The elevator also did not require a code. This was concerning because there is a good size homeless population in the area and the security measures that were supposed to be in place, weren’t. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors activities… very very clearly. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend...

“The rental was nice, comfortable and had all the things that met our needs. Loved the deck with the swing & Lighthouse view. However, although I called Tybee Vacation Rental (TVR) ahead to check to see if there was a Keurig coffee maker and if there was an elevator for access to 6C, I was told there was no Keurig and there was no elevator, that it was on the second floor with two flights of stairs. We found TVR information to be incorrect for the unit. There is a Keurig for those who like...

“My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back.”

“Excellent place with plenty of room, well kept and very clean.”

“Great place, very nice and well equipped unit with comfy interior. Smaller repairs should be done in the unit. One light in the kitchen doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work properly. Asked for service on day one of our stay. Unfortunately nobody came to fix those minor things during our 8 day stay. Nevertheless a great place, we would book it again :). ”
