  • Bright, cheerful, and just steps to the beach! This top-floor oceanview villa features upgraded LVP flooring, a stylish shiplap accent wall, queen bed in the bedroom, children’s bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy ocean breezes from your private balcony. Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, just a short walk to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Two beach bikes and beach chairs are included to make your stay even more fun!
    Best suited for a couple or a couple with 2-3 kids max.

    Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park which is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, we provide 2 and rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

    We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The property is exactly as advertised walking distance to Coligny and five minutes to the beach. Hosts we're attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Kendall’s place was perfect for a long weekend! Right on the ocean, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops at Coligny Beach. We had a great time and the next time we’re in Hilton Head we’ll definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay, it’s close to the pool & beach, a short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Excellent communication from owner. I will be returning for sure! Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to HH. The host gave great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. With young kids the location of the condo and the condo amenities (close to beach, bikes, pool, boogie boards…) we had everything we needed right there.

Fantastic Property

Was such a great spot for a weekend getaway! So much to do in Hilton Head, and this was the perfect location to do it!

Place was clean and accommodations had everything we needed plus more. It was a nice touch to have toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs and bikes available for use. Condo was quiet and in a great location. We were able to walk to Coligny and bike to area restaurants. Host was excellent and timely with communications. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

The condo, the location and communication was all fantastic! The cute little sea creature cookies was also a nice touch. 100% recommend staying here.

I visited this property with my teenaged daughters over spring break and it was the perfect spot! It is walking distance to beach, shopping and dining. I worked remotely while the girls were able to independently enjoy the area. I had no problems with connectivity and was able to work with no problems. The condo is well stocked and decorated. The provided linens (interior towels and bed sheets) were a nice quality and not the scratchy, cheap kind that comes with some other rentals. The host was super communicative throughout the stay and ahead of time. She provided very detailed instructions for check-in and property amenities which made the whole experience stress free! We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future!

Mother’s Day getaway

Beautiful property with great beach access. Well equipped. Only negative was we’d planned on our 9 & 11 yr olds to sleep in the bunk beds pictured, but they are VERY narrow so are only suitable for children 6 & under.

We have stayed in other places sponsored by this host. The host is amazing and provides excellent communication, always responding very quickly to questions or concerns. Overall this property is great for the value. It is located in an excellent place, within walking distance to Coligny square. Though it rained the whole time and we couldn't use the bikes and chairs, this was certainly a bonus to have those items available. I can’t give it a complete 10, but I’d give it a 9.8. It needs freshening up with a new bed comforter. There were some stains on it. The bedroom is very small with no air really getting to it. Fortunately, there was fan that we could sit in the hallway to move air towards the bedroom. The condo was pretty humid due to the rain. We emptied the dehumidifier and that helped some. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The ocean view was great. Parking was easy and we felt safe.

Fabulous and secure unit

We were offered early check in. The complex is secure and well maintained. Our unit was just as advertised. When we had a problem connecting to WiFi, Jeremy can and fixed the issue within an hour. The unit is close to many restaurants/shopping. Even though we were there during spring break, the other guests were lovely and no unruly behavior. We will definitely come again!

Spring Break

The unit was delightful. Well appointed, clean and accurately described. The property shows age, and the noise from the pool repair detracted from the tranquility of an “island vacation”.Our visit started out on a sour note when it took us 45 minutes to find the unit. And adding to the frustration was when we called the online number, they told us they didn’t have a reservation for us. A bit scary until I realized they would not have had information about a private owner rental agreement. In the daylight, I would have figured it out from that tiny low-to-the-ground sign at the gate. But in the dark, I had a hard time. After that, our stay was very nice!

We had a very nice stay!! The bed was comfy and a nice warm shower!! We rode the bikes that came with the rental and was very happy that the bikes were like new!! It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. We would definitely come back!!!
