“After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. ”

“This was a beautiful, spacious, well maintained house in a beautiful location! We had a large family gathering to celebrate Yule after the rush of Christmas and New Years, and everyone who attended had nothing but positive comments to say about this venue. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchens! Everyone was also impressed with the size of the outdoor spaces. “Good information and communication from the host; the cabin exceeded the description; wonderful location near a private lake with hiking trails (our dogs loved it); and a fully-stocked kitchen.”

“We have stayed here several times as it is close to family, no frills, just a good place to stay. I t is updated and gets better every time. Price is right and staff is great! Cant go wrong....and just off the highway...This place was so much cleaner than other top notch places we have staed at.”

“ The cabin was clean and the lake and beach area were nice. Some suggestions, there was no frying pan to cook breakfast. An added mirror in the bedrooms would be nice with only one bathroom. And the nightstand as a dresser did not leave enough room for 2 people. We had to leave the clothes in our suitcase.Overall though it was a nice place to stay.”
