“Great location. I did not realize it was a house and they were renting me upstairs, the main level and the basement as three different vrbos. So there's people in the basement making noise. The worst part is there is a lot of free roaming dogs and the neighbor's dogs were always barking and trying to attack us. “Another great stay!This was our second time staying in this home and it was just as wonderful as our first. The house is spotless, very well stocked, and truly feels like staying at a friend’s place. "The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
