“We stayed in this cozy studio cabin over the weekend and absolutely loved it! It was peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views all around. The covered porch was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We were on the go with friends during our stay, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and relaxing more — especially around the firepit while taking in those stunning views.”

“Stay was awesome. We found our cabin quickly because we had instructions from owner. But address wasn’t correct, no sign at entrance, so our daughter could not find us tell we talked to her. Had everything we could possibly need to complement our cooking. Good beds, good appliances, huge rooms, beautiful interior wood walls & floor. Pieces making up the doorways were exceptional. “The cabin was nice as was the area where it's located. It was stocked with everything you could ask for, dishes, towels, flatware, even coffee and we liked it a lot except for 2 things... the Internet was very slow and spotty. It seemed to do okay with the TV and our phones, but once the laptop was connected, all internet service stopped. This was the same for all three days we were there. Also, it might be helpful if one of the Uncle Joe's Creek Retreat signs were placed at the actual entrance...

“What an absolute pleasure to stay in this cute and homey cabin! The views were breathtaking and the host was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The cabin was spotless and had everything needed. Felt like home!”

“If you are looking for 5 star luxury and pampering, this is not the place -- it's a cabin in the woods. Definitely fits the rustic vibe and there were lots of bugs, wildlife... around the property because of its location, The cabin had a really confortable feel and it was so nice to come back and get a hot shower everyday (both bathrooms were nice and we never ran out of hot water). We were able to get the rest we needed and hit it hard the next day. Felt like it was well worth the money and...

“Wonderful location to Sardis lake-right across the street and down a short walkable trail. Host was constantly available by phone, but we really had everything we could need for a nice, quiet weekend. Enjoyed Sardis and Clayton lake while there. We will be back!”
