“We stayed her for ECU parent weekend because it was reasonable but 37 min away from the school. Staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable with a smart tv which my husband was thankful for. It' s good alternative to paying triple the price compared to Greenville prices for Parent weekend.”

“The plumbing was awful. Had to keep flushing. Furniture is old,but they are suppose to be renovating soon. But staff was great. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Need more options of meat.”

“They have been working on the rooms. We have stayed several times and have seen how the room renovation has been done. The rooms are clean. They staff can be accommodating. No pool. Do not count on their a breakfast service.. only store bought muffins. They offer hot and cold cereal but don't offer milk to go with. Coffee is weak at best no other choices. No fruit offered. This is why I only give 3 stars.”

“Evident they are in the process of renovating. We had no Kleenex no chairs, no rod in the closet, and the lamp was filthy with the light bulb dangling from the electrical wires but it did work. No working phone in the room and saw no evidence of housekeepers anywhere. Hopefully, not all rooms are as deplorable as was our room.”

“Checked in late after a long drive. Staff was friendly and made the process quick, under two minutes total! Room was cool and spacious, with solid internet for work on my laptop, definitely helped get stuff done during my stay.”

“Surprised by how spacious our room felt given what we paid compared to other places we've been lately, definitely worth checking out if you're looking for budget options!”

“Quiet stay with comfortable bedding. Perfect for a good night's rest.”

“Much better than my last budget stay elsewhere. Free WiFi kept me connected while I worked during my trip.”

“Nice and peaceful setting. Very relaxing.”

“Was clean and host respoded quickly with answering questions easy to get to downtown greenville ”

“Very clean and well appointed. Cute homey decor. Host was quick to address any questions. Liked that it had smart tv. Appreciate that the stairs up to the apartment were enclosed and well lit. Will definitely return.”
