“Needs a major upgrade.. Dingy looking beding with holes in the sheets ”

“Room had a horrible smoke smell and was not as clean as advertised. The lamp shade was broken and there were stains all over the walls and in the bathroom. Dead bolt was also broken, which made me feel unsafe. I stayed 2 nights and they added an extra towel and took the trash out, but did not give extra soap and did the bare minimum. I arrived back at the Inn after working all day the 2nd night and was locked out of my room and had to go to the lobby to get my key card activated again. I will...

“We stayed here while my mom was in the hospital. We needed a place that was pet-friendly. Kourtney helped us out with a late check-out so that we had somewhere to keep them as we moved locations. The place was convenient to the hospital and a good place to rest for the night.”
