“Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. Property description on Expedia does not indicate it is shared with the property next door if rented. We were shocked and waiting...

“It was very clean. Easy to find. It was just right for the location for us. The owners were easy to communicate with. Loved the common area. The only thing in the room that we thought was needed was a small table. Our room was very quiet since it faced the back of the property. The shower was awsome, walk in. Would be good for the handicap. Will possiblt stay here again”

“We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. “The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. First, the mattresses and bedding were very poor (30 yr old mattresses on every bed, some old bedding, some new but very cheep bedding on other beds). From the private road, to the long drive way surrounded by trees, a lush lawn, cute little garden, beautiful home, and breathtaking views we didn’t want to leave.
