And the people in the reception acts like if they were doing you a favor...”

“Website stated breakfast, it wasnt offered. Reserved non-smoking room. The room had a terrible odor. Asked for a refund, didnt get one, left anyway and booked down the road.”

“The hotel was not bad, but people started talking outside the room from 9.30 pm to 11 pm. First we call the lobby to tell them, and the said they'll take care, but they didn't. Finally, we asked to please shut up, and they said they will, but they didn't finally they left. Then at 4 am, another group started talking loudly!! we asked them to shut up and they did. It was the worst night in a hotel.”
