“Okay, it's nice enough for hiking and it's clean with a good view. Unfortunately, there is no blow dryer and the communication with the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a 3rd for room with my reservation, but the hotel owners said second floor would be better. Well, you can hear everything from the people above (stomping around and yelling). The area was hit hard from Helene...a lot lf trails still closed and not much for restaurant options in downtown Spruce Pine as they're still recovering.”

“Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining.”

“La estancia en la cabaña fue excelente ”

“Perfect for a short stay. Close to the Blue Ridge and lots of hikes”

“This place was amazing! Very grateful that I found it. I ordinally booked for the unique building but the experiences are what made it so special. I will definitely go back again. The Zen Dome is a really fun design, built to be a special experience with details like crystals attached to the outside. It has all the comforts that I expected from a glamping experience, but it had a full camping (connecting to nature) experience that you do not normally get in glamping. Rather then being...

“We had a lot of communication with the host before and after arrival. The Haus was lovely, quaint and just what we needed to get away from the usual chain hotels. The Haus was clean and very comfortable and had a good range of amenities. The view at sunset was great and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda. We did not use the kitchen facilities, although they appeared more the adequate. All in all this is a lovely hideaway and well worth a visit if you are driving the Blue Ridge Parkway.”

“The host was pleasant and communicated well. The cabin was perfect. I especially liked the outside shower. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and everything was smooth.”

“Nice view of the mountains. Secluded cabin.”

“Todo en orden gracias por todo”

“The rental was clean, easily accessible, well stocked bathroom. Enjoyed the stay.”

“The property is located in Springmaid Mountain. Cell service is very spotty, and you cannot be guaranteed a signal. This made it difficult to access Vrbo for check-in instructions. There was an email with access to a website where you could click on a Check-in button where you would think would give you a code. But since we were not given the key code in advance there were a few minutes of confusion and stress as the property office was closed. Once we were able to get a phone signal we...

“Rick was a very helpful host and accommodating. We ending up needing to switch to the Perch nearby and the view was spectacular!!”

“All rooms were dirty, lights werent working, owner was very rude and creepy, ”

“The cabin provided modern amenities and old world charm for an amazing get away.”
