“This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. ”

“Better than a hotel room in the city. Host met us in check in and walked us though, then we had the place. Lower level of a beautiful brick home. Only complaint could be that there was no Kleenex or garbage bag in the kitchen, but I think those were just minor oversights of the cleaning team. ”

“Wendy is a wonderful host, and her cottage is truly unique and one of a kind! Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful visit!”

“We stayed here to visit our son while he still had obligations around the Eastman School. The place was clean and everything worked (the clothes washer was bit iffy). There were good running trails nearby and we loved seeing the goslings and other animals on the water. ”

“My husband and I were visiting friends in Rochester and we love the arts district. This unit was located directly across from the memorial art gallery.It was very clean and nicely decorated, and it had a desk area that my husband could do some work.”

“Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for...

“A small group of friends came to stay for a long weekend to catch up and celebrate an engagement. We had a great weekend enjoying the property, beautiful weather, and an excellent host. I could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. It had everything we needed for a friend getaway and so much more. Definitely check out the hosts recommendations around the bay, we had a blast! The next time we find ourselves in the Rochester area, we will be keeping this place in mind. ”
