I was hoping that it was served in both locations, but no one told me that it was only served in the main building when I checked in nor was I told the hours for breakfast (I used Google to get this information.)”

Lovely little General Store down the street had wonderful breakfast burritos and there is a fantastic coffee shop by the airport behind the gas station (Nantucket Roasters). We appreciated the communication and opportunity to store our bags when we were on the go as well!”

When we got there with a baby and a 4 year old, the host said we can´t stay because kids were not allowed, she wasn´t even being nice and comprehensive, like if it was our fault.The expedia information said: kids welcome. She told us to cancel the booking, we agreed as long as she arrange a new place for us, at the end she didn´t so she said we can stay. “The cottages are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is one of the best on island. The only special consideration is the low hum of noise from the restaurant which is located right next to the cottages. It’s over by the restaurant closing at about 11PM, but creates a hum of group conversation until then. The drive from Sconset to downtown takes about 15 minutes so renting a car is useful.”

“The Brant has a lot of very useful amenities but its strongest asset are the staff. They go above and beyond making you feel welcomed and really help ease the burden of travel.”
