“WiFi was poor. Ruku wouldn’t play movies or sports on tv when we were rested so we had to use our phones. Everything other than that, it was a good stay. There’s a state park with beach half a mile which was nice even a lake to go fishing. Bait shop is right next door.”

“I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. My wife normally books everything, so this was my first booking and stay. I planned a fishing trip with the guys bringing a boat along. So parking was also critical. Plenty of parking if that's a concern. I couldn't get over how easy the whole process was. I have know doubt it also was the host made it so. Really everything was beyond expectations.”

“Located close to Sam Rayburn and a nice alternative to the overpriced & underwhelming hotels in the area. The interior was up to date and super clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials to make our stay need free. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach to ensure we were informed prior to arrival.If we had one complaint it would be the spotty wifi. Host left instructions how to reboot which we did numerous times but wifi continued to buffer. No worries though,...

“The property was just as pictured, clean, a/c works great, and comfortable beds. They have everything you need for your stay. The environment was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for, with very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed floating on the water, fishing, and just hanging out on the back porch. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring a few games or puzzles for the kids as they only had uno. Would definitely rent again!”
