“Place was great. Only tiny issue was hot tub. Had a leak and some debris. But refilled and still enjoyed it! Everything was awesome!”

“WiFi was poor. Ruku wouldn’t play movies or sports on tv when we were rested so we had to use our phones. Everything other than that, it was a good stay. There’s a state park with beach half a mile which was nice even a lake to go fishing. Bait shop is right next door.”

“Parking was great for boats”

“Cabin was clean and comfortable. Nice view of the lake.”

“One of the nicest and quietest places we’ve ever stayed on Toledo Bend with its own private boat dock and a beautiful view! The cabin was very comfortable, like a home away from home. We spent almost as much time on the spacious outdoor deck as we did in the house, and, for once, could rest easy having our two dogs play in the huge yard because it was fully fenced in. We’ll definitely book this one again in the near future.”

“Excellent”

“Great property! Would stay here again.”

“Perfect house for a fun family vacation! Kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. Convenient and easy to tie boat up to dock. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to make meals. Would definitely book this house again and again. Host was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Our stay was amazing! From the time we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The home beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also perfect and convenient. The host was super friendly and made our entire experience seamless. Their hospitality made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a clean and well-maintained home with an amazing host, I totally recommend this place! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and...

“We had a few hiccups in the beginning, keypad to get in had issues, we started grilling but the propane bottle was left on from previous guests and we had an empty propane bottle, but everything was addressed quickly with the hosts and taken care of immediately. We ended up having a very relaxing weekend with the family with gorgeous views of the lake.”

“It was relaxing. We enjoyed our time. It was very fun.”

“Excellent location and very clean.”

“Great place to stay. And a great place to fish,”

“Perfect little fishing cabin. Very clean and quiet.”

“We booked this VRBO because it was advertised as being lakefront on Sam Rayburn, which was important since we planned to fish and keep our boat at the property. Unfortunately, the listing didn’t match our experience. With the lake approximately 7–10 feet below normal pool, there was no view of the water from the house or even from the elevated deck. The path down to the shoreline was steep, very muddy, and heavily overgrown with vegetation, making it difficult to access the boat safely. Because...
