“the room was clean but in need of some updating and minor repairs such as new caulking in bath/shower area. I was in a room that had the bars in tub area for easier access and a higher toilet that I liked plenty of room in both bathroom area and sleeping area. Food served there was good but a bit pricey. It was located in a good central area to access to other places of interests”

“As other times, this was our favorite get away. Everything is nice, private, quiet, and a short walk to everything in downtown Hayward. Love it! Would not book through Expedia again though. That experience messed us up. Enough said....”

“Stayed in this cabin for three nights with my 12 year old dog for a little R & R. I can't say enough great things about this cabin. It was super cute, clean with everything I needed. The wooded area on Hayward Lake felt very private even though it was close to town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking/biking path ran along the edge of the property. Bed was very comfortable. Heat and ac in the cabin with easy to use instructions. Check in and out process was easy. Great...

“Was a bit surprised when we arrived. I realize it's early season but small deck area was not cleaned at all. Pine needles etc in track of screen door. Table/chairs on deck not cleaned at all. Had green (winter remains) on them. We cleaned them with a washcloth to be able to use them.No idea where any ice, etc. could be purchased, other than in town. It was not our kind of stay. Our cabin had no easy access to a dock to fish from.We will check better in the future but doubt we would return...
