“Esta ubicado en el lago a 10km de Joseph”

“I was disappointed that the pool was too cool to enjoy. The hot tub jets were not functioning and were not functioning several months ago either. They are two of my main reasons for choosing this hotel. Oatmeal packets were available but water was too cold to dissolve the cereal and no microwave was available. The waffles had a very off flavor. We spent the night before in another Best Western where the waffles were delicious. Maybe each one buys their own product? This has long been one of my...

“It was much smaller than we thought. It would probably be. Although we made it work for the 2 of us. However, there was a light switch in the bathroom, that stopped working right the first night, we were there, it was brought to the owner's attention. And we were told that she hoped it was not an inconvenience. Personally, I thought it should have been looked at as it was, shorting out. But we made it work for us. There were mouse droppings in the drawers where the cooking utensils are kept, and...

“A very comfortable camping experience. I appreciated the peace and quiet of the property.”

“This is a great little spot that is walkable to downtown Joseph, hiking trails, and Chief Joseph's grave site. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (we cooked several meals in), and the place was extremely clean. The check-in process was super simple, the hosts were extremely communicative and very friendly. We loved the guidebook provided with lots of suggestions for fun things to do in the Wallowa Mountains and local towns. We didn't bring our pups with us, but notices...

“This is a nice, clean, and affordable location near Joseph. I was ready to skip the trip until this property showed up on my search. I would rent from Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals again!”

“Great cabin, clean, easy check in”

“Just the cutest cabin! We're huge music enthusiasts so the decorations and vibe was excellent. Reading the history and seeing some of the historical pieces where fascinating. Location was super!!! Thank you for an amazing experience”

“I own 2 vacation properties myself so I understand how much work went into making the cottage in Joseph such a special place. Can not think of anything that could be improved. Very nicely done!”

“This place was a perfect little getaway cabin for wintertime! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was actually very nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for good breakfasts. The VHS player with all the movies was a huge hit with my husband, felt so nostalgic! Being able to bring our dogs along with us was also nice, we appreciated the fenced yard! It is a very rustic, comfortable, older cabin - if you want the cozy feels in the wintertime like we were going for, this is the...

“missed having a table. like a dinning table. we used the small coffee table to put our puzzle together when it rained one day. did not realize it was that close to the horses, but they were not a problem. did not start the dishwasher as the power was not on when we left.”

“We loved the rustic feel of the little cabin. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and there was more then enough to keep the grands active. The little porch with rocking chairs was perfect for us to enjoy the mornings and evenings in peace.”

“Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not a single hitch in the whole process. Really enjoyed out time in Joseph. Only suggestion ... bring your own cookware. The old aluminum stuff provided was pretty used.”

“A very nice cabin in the woods with a great view! Felt new / well maintained. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. Good location. The driveway to the cabin is a little rough. Bring a sleep mask as the cabin is filled with morning light.”

“Clean, comfy and quiet. Perfect night to just be away from chaos. The small table and chairs at the main window provided the perfect spot to people watch as my husband had his morning coffee. ”
