“Fun campground, beautiful surrounding, crazy curvy roads - what more could you want from West Virginia?”

“I would not recommend this campground. I left after one night. The owner lists amenities that do not exist on the property. For example, it lists a communal pool (reality is two swim holes) and a pond. States there is a grill but does not state that it is located across the campground for communal use. The main reason why we left is due to the inability to connect to the Wi-Fi (as listed). I was depending on this amenity to perform job duties while visiting. The Wi-Fi was at best...

“I couldn’t even stay the night. It was dirty. When I got there it was so hot I had to sit outside till the ac finally made it tolerable. The tv did not work- no directions on how to get on. I stayed for an hour and decided there was no way I could stay there so I left and drove home.”

“The house was exactly like the listing mentioned. I loved the clean and simple home with the wooden animal decor. The home and outdoor area have a lot to offer. We loved the pool table, railroad tracks and river. The spiral staircase was loved by the kids, the only challenge was when we brought our luggage up or down the steps (but it is manageable). “This is a fantastic property, other than the last half mile. The road is rocky and steep but we had no trouble driving all-wheel drive vehicles. The loft wasn’t usable but we made do with the pullouts. Great well equipped kitchen made our Thanksgiving meal a breeze. I highly recommend this place!”
