“Fabulous resort, will return. The only downside was that there was a couple of strains of hair in the tub, and the grout was dark, so a remodel of the bath was needed to keep up with the fabulous room and property. Would give it a 4.75 out of 5. We went with our dog and everyone couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this resort to all.”

Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. “It was good in general”

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”

“Cozy, lived in rental with lots of windows and balcony. The hot tub was hot and the shower was hot. Everything worked as it should. The bed in the Master was average. Plenty of room for 4 people. Charming interior. The outside fire pit and horse shoe rings looked great but we did not utilize as we were off site to see family. Lots of birds, hawks, and resident Osprey down the road at Stonewall Jacksons. Was not there full week. First two days were cold and rainy but then unusually warm weather...

“Host was super responsive and just a delight to work with! The property is really cute, right on the water with a big yard, gorgeous flowers, and the home is comfy and the perfect little getaway. Food in the area closes early but otherwise the adjacent towns are really nice. Would absolutely recommend and would visit again!”

I had already been charged by the Vrbo host, but when I arrived at Stonewall Resort, I was told there was no card on file and that I would need to pay again.
