“This is our second time visiting Georgetown and our first time staying at this hotel. The location of Executive Suites in Belair is unbeatable. There are very few places in Georgetown where you feel safe and where everything is clean, and Belair is one of them. Additionally, there aren’t many options in Georgetown with a swimming pool, and given the climate, this makes a huge difference. “The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel.”

And after so much insistence they refused to refund me, and stuck to their internal cancellation policies, even when they realized it was a mistake and I was there. They could have charged the first night and canceled the other two, it would have been the most understandable and logical thing to do. ”
