The hotel is very convenient, clean and very comfortable. The thoughtfulness and compassion of staff is so appreciated in the untimeliness of this trip. Kamari and Saski went above and beyond their duties to ensure our transition and stay at this hotel was seamless. Will be staying here again

Everything was ok except breakfast. My friend ordered pepperpot and she got a bowl full of fat and no meat. When i mentioned it, I felt we were totally ignored. She never came back with somwthing else or a response.

The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was immaculate. Its a fairly new property so no visible wear and tear. 10 out of 10.

Excellent airport hotel

Brand new property. Ideally located next to airport. Front desk staff and management were excellent. No liquor license yet and restaurant staff was friendly but not very attentive. Restaurant also out of many items (such as Coke/pepsi).

I called prior to booking the hotel to ask if there’s a washer/dryer onsite that we can utilize. When I came to the hotel the check in staff said there was no available washer/dryer onsite and we would have to pay them to do our laundry. Honestly this wouldn’t have been an issue if they just told me before I booked it so I can schedule time during our trip to do laundry elsewhere.

We had a lovely family stay here. Rooms were comfortable, pool clean and staff were generally welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately we did not like food at the restaurant, other than the burger, fries and omelette. The food service was slow. It seemed like they were understaffed. The stuffed mushrooms tasted like they were reheated and laid on a bed of old/stale chopped lettuce. The surf and turf bites were also disappointing. Our room lacked hand soap, which we were told was currently out of stock. Another great perk of this hotel is its gym. We were pleasantly surprised with its amenities. It was also refreshing to see allergens listed on the menu in Guyana. However, people with allergies should still be careful as the list was missing some, e.g a salad with croutons did not list wheat as an allergen nor did a brownie containing egg list it under allergens. All this being said we would definitely stay here again. And look forward to enjoying better meals here in the future.

let me start by saying the hotel manger (an asian man) was amazing and had great customer service skills.. it’s one of the only reasons i am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.: no toothpaste, microwave or handsoap in the room for 300 a night !?? food was awful … so called free complimentary american breakfast was awful .. bacon was cooked so hard it tasted like paper.. called the front desk option on the phone several times with no answer … order glass of wine and it was 15 and barely hit half the glass.. vodka mixed drink was more and tasted nothing but juice and ice lol . overall not worth the money .. if it was 120 a night i MAY have understood!! but NO MAAM.. i literally threw 320 in the garbage .. horrible and to smack the name marriott on it is even worse

My stay at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel for three days and two nights was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, while the amenities provided made my stay feel effortless and convenient. Every area of the hotel, from the lobby to the dining spaces, was well-maintained and inviting. What truly made this stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. Each team member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention must go to Al Ameen Majeed, whose exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and it truly elevated my experience. The dining options were also impressive, offering delicious meals with a good variety to suit different tastes. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. I highly recommend the Marriott Courtyard Hotel to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
