“Hotel normal. Le hace falta una remodelación en los pasillos, alfombras, paredes, luces de los pasillos. El aire acondicionado no soplaba. Tuve que pedir 3 abanicos para poder dormir bien. No vale lo que pagué, es la verdad. ”

“Expedia switched the date on my booking. Didn't reply to my email. Didn't help in any way. Expedia ripped me off. I will never use Expedia ever again.”

“Muy buena”

“Terrible!!!! My husband and I were bitten by insect bugs!!!! The place has got very old furniture, sticky surfaces, dirty and unpleasant odour!!! The four corners of the room had insects blood stains. Some of the lights were broken, the heated towel rail was not working, the heater was on timer and stopped working, the shower pressure was low!!! The restaurant was shut and not receptionist available after 19:30!!!”

“Ok stay. Nothing special. Our room was at the back of the property opposite the kitchen fan outlet. Needless to say that’s not the best spot. Beds and room were ok for a night. Staff was mostly friendly with a few exceptions where they started talked between themselves in the middle of me ordering…then for me to repeat the order.”

“We stayed for 2 nights and our room was next to the gardens with people talking and kids screaming and running around outside our window. There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. ”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

“All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

“Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island.”

“We had a wedding to attend and chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and in good location. We were actually given an apartment which was amazing all facilities you could want. Spotlessly clean actually looked like no one had been in it before. Massive comfortable bed Great little kitchen area would have liked to have stayed longer. All staff were extremely helpful. Free parking. We booked breakfast and again was pleasantly surprised. All cooked fresh lovely ingredients...

“Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.”

“Very cute and in a quiet peaceful location with plenty of wildlife. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and had everything I needed.”
