“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. “Off the beaten path! Not close to the train station and eating establishments which made it a little challenging. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights and our room was next to the gardens with people talking and kids screaming and running around outside our window. There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. ”
