“Staff were very helpful and kind to accommodate my auntie who has a knee problem by bringing her from the second floor to the first floor. However, I do wish that they have a working lift.”

“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”
