“The pool is spectacular, the ocean views are incredible, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. However, the amenities were a bit scarce, the in-room minibar wasn't anything special, and the chocolates weren't good either. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. But above all, the most important part was spending a special day in the palace with my princess :)”

“Me gustó mucho la experiencia, el idioma es un reto, pero siempre hay alguien que te ayuda a resolver. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones en perfecto estado ”

“Muy buena estadia, la gente muy amable y atenta. Las instalaciones están muy buenas y completas. ”

“We had a fast check-in and the reception staff were really helpful. The bedroom, club room, was big and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided. The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around.”

“Good”

“The hotel and its staff are superb, and my stay at the Radisson blu GST was a refreshing experience. The hotel is a smart hotel, making everything so easy in the room. An added bonus is the hotel's efforts to make everything as sustainable as possible. Aman was extremely courteous, and helpful, as we're all the reception staff, and he even presented me with a mug signed by the staff. “Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement.”

“The support and service of the staff is very impressive, I checked out last night around 1215am and the duty manager (sorry didn't notice her name) was very attentive and very helpful to solve my cab problem to drop off at the airport! Such small things matters a lot when u travel internationally! And it's my 4th stat at GRT and hope to return on my next visit also! Thank u!”

“Great breakfast Kind staff Comfortable Accomodation Enjoyed staying here”

“The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances.”

“Perfecta estancia. Muy buena relación calidad precio. No es tan maravilloso ni con el nivel de cuidado del detalle como otros hoteles de la cadena Taj pero su precio es también muy inferior. El servicio es inmejorable y hotel muy cómodo. Se hecha en falta un toque más histórico tratándose de un hotel emblemático de la época colonial. Pero muy recomendable sobre todo teniendo en cuenta su precio.”

“Muy bonita”

“We had a really relaxing stay. Everything about the hotel was good, from the staff to the comfortable room. The food was excellent and the location was simply great.”
