“The staff was very friendly, and the food presentation was good. However, we were disappointed that the mist sauna didn’t work, and there was no cold pool available; all the pools were very hot, making it difficult to cool off. The menu is entirely Japanese with no substitutions or accommodations for dietary restrictions, and while tea is available, there is no coffee. Also, because of the remote location, the lack of nearby restaurants or convenience stores made me feel somewhat trapped....

“This is hidden gem! The view is gorgeous and the onsen was great. We enjoyed the exclusive japanese fine dining. They also offered a free snack and drink in the lobby during happy hour. I would love to go back. ”
