“Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place. ”

“They had a truck arriving for construction work at 1am for about an hour …. Then again at 6am at rhe front gate … hence could not get any sleep .. I complain was not offered discount /complimentary … I had the front room near the gate ”

Por el precio que se paga le faltaría algún servicio ya que sólo hay un restaurante, y un poco más de cuidado en otros como la piscina que no estuvo operativa o el gimnasio muy muy escueto. Tiene un cine anexo desde el que se puede acceder desde el hotel. Muy cerca del hotel está el Zoo, un parque y es una zona bonita, algún restaurante y bastante vida diaria. “Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”
