“Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...

“La gente de recepción muy amable y el centro a 15 minutos andando en general bien lo que no me gustó es que no nos hicieron la habitación e 3 noches que estuvimos alojados, me sorprendió es el único hotel en el que he estado que no hacen la habitación todos los días.”

“Location was amazing. There is a supermarket just crossing the avenue, a pub 1 block and a half away and the bus station just in front of the hotel main entrance. The Mr. At the front desk is lovely, he recommends places to visit and he is kind. Also, he got me a taxi and talked to me until the taxi arrived. ”

“Easy and quick check in were given bottles of water due to the heat fans in the room to help it keep cool a nice size room with lots of storage and a refrigerator lovely comfy bed and nice big shower with complementary shampoos. A great gym and swimming pool even though it was a tad cold but nice hot tub and very hot sauna a lovely stay for the night to visit the uni.”
