“Check in rápido y personal muy amable.

“Lovely little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, nice big bed and room for a very reasonable price!”

“Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. “The layout is idea”

“I can't fault the royal oak from checking to standard of rooms to top quality breakfast .would highly recommend a stay”

“The 1pm check in and 11am check out was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent. The food was incredible and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. All staff members were friendly and there was ample parking. We will definitely return!”

I was upset at first, that my sister was on the ground floor, and I was on the top floor, but the gentleman carried up my case, I am 67 my sister 75! However both rooms were in very good condition extremely clean, and as I said to...
