“Estuvo bien el hospedaje y la atención sin embargo no hay transportes para llegar al hotel es muy peligroso porque no existe paso peatonal para llegar y no tenían desayuno sólo la cafetera y las galletas que te dan en el cuarto”

“El personal muy amable desde que reservé, me dieron opciones para llegar al lugar. Siempre muy amables y atentos. Tomando el bus 100 llegas a la terminal North de Gatwick solo a 7 minutos y la parada está a unos cuantos pasos del hotel. Gracias ”

“Property was not up to what was displayed and staff was rude. We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!”

“Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar...

“Relativamente cerca del aeropuerto (18GBP...) pero con mucha gente y una recepcion al hotel al limite de lo cordial. Instalaciones aceptables.”

“LA PENA ES QUE NO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DEL EDIFICIO PRINCIPAL. UNA MANSION SEÑORIAL DE PIEDRA, CON EXCELENTES SALONES. NUESTRA HABITACION ERA AMPLIA CON UN GRAN BAÑO, MUCHA LUZ Y VISTAS A LOS JARDINES. TODA LA FINCA ES UN REMANSO DE PAZ Y DE TRANQUILIDAD. ”

“The property is very nice , with beautiful gardens. But the bathrooms stinks, the person in charge is very hostile, bitter and not kind at all. Also in a hotel near the airport it is quite impractical that they do not offer breakfast, not even a simple one and one has to walk almost 20 minutes to get a coffee. Hard to believe that in such a property they cannot offer at least fruit, a toast and coffee. ”
