“Good amenities but a bit run down and old ”

“Very good attention to detail. Spotless room, very friendly staff and especially the young lad bar tender - he was excellent. The food was the highlight for us - we had the giant fishcake, pate and a burger. It was by far the best restaurant experience we've had locally. Highly recommended!”

“Breakfast food was very nice although coffee was poor. Lots of flies in the spa bar area so had to take my drink to the lounge. Abundance of dust on the bedside cabinet shelf. Staff were helpful. ”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...
