“The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best. I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms.
