I had an issue with cleanliness, pet hair in blankets, found underwear in extendable sofa bed which clearly states that property wasn’t cleaned properly. No staff at the property and when tried to contact for issues, no response. I personally think if paying a price, one deserves a quality. We absolutely loved the property but it needs looking after.”

“This hotel is brand new, has only been open for about 10 months. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of good options.”

Our bed had a sag on one side so you either had to be in the middle or if felt like you were falling out. A baseball team was sharing the floor and were quite noisy and did some prank calls to our room until we unplugged the phone.”
