“The power went out and called for help. They sent someone but as soon as tge tech left, tge ppwer went out again. Called multiple times nut no ine fixed it until we checked out. We literally took showers with our phone flashlight. We observed at lobby check out while waiting for our ride that customers have different issues and tye reception is just saying i will let them know. It seems that employees dont card or immune on all tye concerns”

“Cute property, view is spectacular, easy to access, useful amenities. Only things to note are the front door automatically locks when you close it, but you can’t lock it from the inside. Made me feel a bit uneasy, just trusting the door was locked from the outside. The AC in the bedrooms make funny noises, almost sounds like strong winds. Kept me and my husband up both nights. “Great location, very clean & had amenities needed. Roomie place for 4, and loved the balcony! Short walk to the beach & lots of food & shopping options. Was disappointed as they advertised as having laundry. Upon arriving, we learned it was coin laundry & shared. So perhaps updating the listing to be more specific (shared & coin) laundry would be helpful.”

“The apartment was nice and the view was spectacular. The condo needs a bit of upgrading as the kitchen floor in front of the fridge has damage. Not recommended to walk around without slippers or shoes due to the floor lifting. The bed pad needs replacing as it’s ripped and stained. I thought their water bed bugs but someone came right away and cleaned the pad. The toilet in the master bedroom was dirty with urine around the side of turkey and feces in the toilet stuck to the inside. We couldn’t...

“The room definitely needs some work on updating areas. The carpets in the bedrooms are cream colored and had a lot of stains and the rug that was in the living room was the same. The overall cleanliness of the room was ok, but with the carpets I did not feel so comfortable. We had an issue with the freezer having a hanging wire and it temporarily was not working but contacted them and they had someone come look at it and fix it right away. “The property is located right across from the lagoon, which is an excellent place. I liked that it wasn't right in the centre of town, and was, therefore, somewhat quieter than downtown. The room was clean. I didn't see any staff, but I was happy with any questions I had re visitor parking. The kitchen was more than adequate, with coffee, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator.
