“When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. “Modern room and comfortable bed”

“There was only one bathroom and toilet and when most rooms are taken that’s a problem but as it is with most things you get what you pay for it would be better if the description was a little more detailed ”

They have been renovated and the room was fairly nice for the price, however when the people staying above turned their exhaust fan on, it was incredibly loud in our room. They left it running all night and it made it difficult to sleep as it rattled the bathroom....

“We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The hotel certainly looks stylish and modern, but the experience felt more about appearance than substance. The room itself was an acceptable size and the décor is trendy, but it didn’t fully translate into comfort or practicality. Some finishes already felt worn and the attention to detail was lacking.
