Housekeeping staff very helpful when problems arose. 1. had to move to 4 different rooms over 10 days 2. door closure broken - door slammed 3 Heat pump smelled like old socks when turned on 4 Hob fan would not turn off at all once cooking finished - so fan on all night! 5. “Todo perfecto. Es muy lindo y acogedor. Todo lo necesario y wifi perfecto. La ubicación está en las afueras de Sydney pero con el tren uno se mueve perfecto. Esto permite estar en un hotel 5 estrellas a un precio muy acomodado. De igual forma el lugar tiene de todo. 3 cuadras de la estacion y a pocas cuadras de 2 grandes shopping y restaurantes. Una zona animada. Muy recomendable.”

“El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en un suburbio muy agradable y con fácil acceso al centro de Sydney (tren y bus). A 400 metros de un shopping y en un área donde había muchos restaurantes. El departamento era agradable. Sus camas eran razonablemente cómodas. Solo no estuvimos conforme con la limpieza. El 1 de Enero no tuvimos servicio de limpieza (y es lógico porque en Sydney estaba todo cerrado) pero el 2 de Enero si bien encontramos las camas hechas, el baño no fue limpiado adecuadamente.”

“Mantra Chatswood esta ubicado en un lugar a 40 minutos del centro de Sydney, lleno de vida, restaurantes y cuenta con dos malls, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, solo debes tener en mente que el comercio y muchos restaurantes atienden solo hasta las 5 de la tarde. Para alguien que no se acostumbra a ese horario, puede ser frustrante.”
