“Beautiful location! We where in an ocean-view suite and it was like paradise. The food is also really good. The only thing that was less good was the amount of lounge-chair. Only 4 for all the guests of the resort. ”

“The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...
