“The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing.”

“Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!”

“The staff were polite and helpful but there was a lack of staff so sometimes we had to wait for help. The Wifi wasn't working through the whole resort couldn't connect at all. The toilets were also a bit faulty but was rectified mostly by the staff. There was also a stoppage of water during the afternoon as the staff had to "refill" the water tank or something and because of this we couldn't have a shower before we left for our ferry.
