The property was very clean, well laide out, and comfortable. The check-out requirements were the barest minimum which we sincerely appreciated. “We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. ”

“This was perfect for us. The house was immaculate. Very clean. The furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. The decorative touches were tasteful and much appreciated. The TV worked great. A/C-excellent. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well provisioned. It was evident all around that the host really made an effort to make the guests comfortable. “Overall we had a good time during our week here. The weather was cool for August and we had some rain but we still spent a lot of time on the water. This is a very quiet part of the lake on a side creek. The dock was good for swimming and we had no issues mooring a 25 foot tritoon there. The interior of the house was more dated than we expected but things still worked and it was clean. There is a very nice new big screen TV. The outside of the home did not look as if it had been cleaned...
