“This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly.”

“We booked the room thinking we had access to the spa as all photos showed it, but when we got there we didn’t have access to most spa areas, which were a premium service on top of the room cost (over £250/night). The room was spacious but it’s old fashioned and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Disappointing.”

“Everything was fair until we asked the restaurant manager if they heat up 2 pieces of pastry that we got from our city walk and he just said that is not possible because of food contamination! It’s a hotel far from everything and you just can’t help a customer with 30 seconds of microwave??? Besides his answer was so despective that is better if i don’t write down what i wanted to tell him just to respect this space. ”

“The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. ”

"At the time of the trip everything was fine. However I just received a fine for having parked at the hotel's parking lot. This is ridiculous. I have appealed, let's see what happens. I hope the hotel's manager can help with this confirming that I was there."
